The workshop was a good one to go to if you are one of those people who cannot manage their day well, or if you are a procrastinator. We learned a method to help organize and plan out activities better. This method is called the “my A, B, C Daily Activity Guide”. It helps you prioritize your activities and thus making it easier and smoother to go on with your day. Definitely helps relieve anxiety of all the things you have to do. It’s a basic reality check also, letting you know how much stuff you have put on your plate.
